If you don't need something, they tell you that you do not need it! Their workers are honest, clean cut, and friendly. It's like having family in your house...family who actually know what they are doing around your heating and air system!

But the better reason is their integrity - The Energy Control team did not try to sell me what I did not need. They do what they say and they say what they will do. I can trust them. And the icing on the cake is the kindness of the entire team. No matter what time of day or night or season of the year, if I call them for help, they are kind to reply and prompt to serve.

Second, you stayed in contact with us and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Third, your installers were extremely courteous and professional. They treated our new home as though it were their own and completed the job in a timely and efficient manner.

Finally, the fact that you use the best equipment further communicates your commitment to quality. While I don't expect any problems in the near future, we understand that, over the years, heating and A/C units eventually need repairs and/or replacement. That being said, I know that I can trust you and your team to take care of our future heating and air needs. I will also recommend you to my friends and clients.

When we built our home, we worked with many different subcontractors. Energy Control was far and away the best. They were professional, knowledgable, and delivered what they promised. On one particularly bad winter day - when no one else showed up to the job site - Energy Control was there installing our HVAC system. When I asked the workers why they would get out on such a bad day, they responded, "Because we told you we'd be here today." Now, that's service.
